Went to an estate sale early this morning. Managed to pick up a huge Craftsman screwdriver, a Plumb fiberglass handled claw hammer (pretty new), a Proto 1/2 drive ratchet, a short Proto 1/2 extension, a Indestro 3/8-1/2 adapter, 2 Powr-Kraft 1/2 extensions (1 short, 1 long), 2 Powr-Kraft 3/8 extensions, and a nice Brazilian made 8mm wrench - all for a $10 bill. There were tons of tools there (some Proto, some New Britain, some S-K), along with some huge wrenches. I just had no use for most of the other stuff (+ fundage limits), so I left it. I did go back later, though, and managed to pick up some unrelated items, like a '39 Sears Water Witch boat motor and the top of a '50 Mercury Hurricane Super 10 boat motor. I also picked up a nice hearing protection required sign, which is now hanging on my kid's door (seemed appropriate).

The Ratchet alone is worth more than what you paid for all of it. Good deal. Does the ratchet work well?

That hammer is identical to a Craftsman my dad gave me for I think Xmas one year. Man that goes back something like 40 years ago...
