Today was a good day. On way to work found a 8 1/4 Delta compound miter saw. Its work cause tested it when got to work but its missing the guard.

On the way home stopped by friends house and he gave me a hose reel. I unsure who made it but has broken coil spring or something. Well if it doesnt work out oh well he was tossing it anyway.

I could have another Porter Cable pancake compressor but I said no that and that ill put it all back together for him so he can have it. I Already have same one. So all and all not a bad day.

Prolly just the end of the coil spring that's broke. EASY fix.

I'd say you did okay today, if anything, you have stuff you can take to the scrapper if not wanted.

Well Im turning the saw into my wood only saw and my 10 delta will become my metal only saw. Been using the 10 for everything. The hose reel is something to screw with.

Do you still have this Delta chop saw, and if so, do you use it? If not, would you be interested in selling parts? I need a replacement fence for mine and it is no longer available from any parts suppliers.

Sorry, I don't. I gave it to a neighbor who was in need of a small chop saw. As far as I know he still using it and still working.
