Today's thrift store find

Part of today's find. Not bad for $3.00. Trying to identify manufacturer of wrench. Any help would be appreciated.

I am going out on a limb because my eyesight is not that great but it looks like an IHC which stands for...International Harvester Corporation.( look about half way down the page and see if it looks like your logo).

I found this picture but without seeing more pictures of your wrench in full length I can only guess at this point in time.
