As much as I wanted a good lower chest, I'm starting to think that for home use maybe using smaller top and intermediate chests attached to the bottom of my bench top may be a good solution. Not great for bigger tools, but a lot more user/back friendly when working at the bench. Just throwing that out as an alternative - definitely not a solution for everyone.

The important thing to consider is the depth of the box. A "nice" box (as in a Pro) box is deeper than usual. Most boxes are 18.5-20" deep, where as full size pro boxes are usually 26-30" deep.

Strictly Tool Boxes has this 41 Inch box which is 24" deep. The standard depth one is a few hundred dollars cheaper.

The extreme boxes, from everything I've seen, are excellent quality. My 72" Just turned 5 years old...in a 6-days-a-week auto shop environment. It has been phenomenal so far!

Damn, that Extreme box looks nice. 30" deep and 300 and 600lbs drawer capacity. That almost makes me want one of those over a Lista.
