Today's Vise Find

Went to an estate sale today that had at least 1/2 dozen old vises to choose from, still mounted to benches. Some guy beat me to a nice, big Reed I saw but I'm good with this Rock Island 91. My wife actually spotted it first (she's learned well). She was trying to look it up as a Rock Island "771" I got the flash light out and said "sorry that Rock Island ILL."

So, I'm thinking it would look good in Black. What do you think?

You done good. The Rock Islands are some of my favorites. They seem to have exceptionally accurate slide to base dimensions.
