I am trying to complete this vintage Tona 1/2-inch drive metric socket set...

Here are the markings on handles and sockets...

I NEED THE FOLLOWING...

SOCKETS: 31, 22, 17, 12, 11, 10, 9
HANDLES: Speeder, Ratchet, Short Extension, Universal Joint

The ratchet in this set, with a deckled composite grip like the other handles, is the correct ratchet I need. EDIT: Close-ups added. This is the rat I need.
