What, if any, warranty or service parts are available for the Japanese Tone ratchets?
A little late now, but I have a 1/4'' swivel head Tone ratchet, and a 3/8'' ordered. I really like the little one I have. I hope the bigger one is equal to it.
Any info on the Tone warranty and parts availability for the USA would be very helpful. I emailed the seller, but got no response yet, he may have trouble with English.
