I had trouble removing small shallow Snap-on sockets too, from 8-12mm, on my 3/8" Dual80s, so I bought the 1/4" sets

I have new snap on sockets and a new dual 80 ratchet and i have a hard time getting them off, even if my hands are a little oily. I'm a hobbiest so i haven't really "worn in" my detent, and probably wont any time soon. When i pick up another dual 80, i'll look into the quick release.
