Took The First Step

I took the first step today and signed on the dotted line to begin my dream garage. It's going to be 24' x 35' with a 6/12 pitch rafter gable roof with approximately 80' of new concrete driveway. Upgrades are 2x8 wall ties 24" OC, 1/3 brick facing on the front, key less entry pad and windows in overhead door. I plan on insulating, drywalling and covering the ceiling with 5/8" OSB for a storage area as soon as possible. Also prepping for a NG unit heater to be installed at a later date. Hope to break ground sometime this spring (late April/early May) or as weather permits.

PS. I posted here rather than Garage Gallery since I really don't have any pictures to show as of now, but as things progress I will document every step of construction.
