Tool backpack

Something I can keep a handful of hand tools in, a fullsize textbook and a 3 subject notebook. I know they make fancy welding specific backpacks but I really don't have that kind of money. $60 tops is really what I'm looking to spend.

I have a Veto Tec-pac which isn't inside your budget. It's much better for diag gear than for hand tools, The one I got isn't the laptop style, but if I could do it again that's which one I'd buy and keep meters, test equipment, and odd/misc items in it in addition to a laptop. I never really found it all that great for hand tools. I'm not up and down ladders much, and every once in a while I do work in cramped network closets, but I don't need that many tools inside of one.

I think you'd be better off looking at the higher end laptop/photography backpacks for what you want. Your stated budget isn't going to get you something that would last long with heavy tools inside it.
