Tool box find!

Found this box tonight, tag said "Green tool box, $12."
Not pretty, but it is in pretty good shape, just a lot of surface rust. The handle is long gone, there is a small dent in the lid and one of the rub strips on the bottom is damaged. The sticker inside the lid says "Kennedy Kits." Any GJ experts have any info on it?

yep, that's an old one.... 40's? Maybe even 30's I believe, polish up the locks, see if they're solid brass or not. Forget the exact years and details for when I was restoring mine, but I believe they stopped using that logo by the late 40's.

But, could you do me a favor? Take a real good high res pic of that logo for me? Tried photoshopping some I found on the web, and that's pretty close to perfect.
