I have seen this toolbox for sale, seller says it's 25-30 years old.

I don't think it's a Snap On box. but does somebody know the make?:dunno:

I think it might be Snap on. At least one made in Canada. Should be stamped in the back or if Canadian it's stamped on the top piece "Made in Canada".

By top piece in mean where you can see with the lid open it's divided into 4 places.

It looks like a Snappy KRA56, the front handle has been changed, and looks like it has held up well.

I've got an old KRA61D, awesome old boxes!

Personally I think it is a cheap stack-on. I'm pretty sure by design they were made to look like an SO from 20' away.

Agree with Bob. I'm pretty sure that it is NOT a snap on box. Based on the following

-Top compartment divisions, most only had 3 compartments total. And their dividers were much taller
-Sheet metal folds on the top lid
-The way the front cover engages the main box is not correct of a SO box.

BTW, if that was a true snap on box it would be ~40+ years old with that style.

b aware that 2 of my 1960 snap on tool cabinets are stamped on the lower rear left side of the box.
