Hello all. There are two tool boxes in our family I'm hoping someone can ID and give me some info on. The red toolbox is made by Pilot. It was my father's given to him by an old timer. Internet research has yielded zero info on it. The yellow toolbox does not have a name on it so I have no idea what it is. I'm hoping someone on this site has seen them and can provide some information on it. Thanks in advance and everyone have a happy and safe Memorial Day.

I agree with the identity of both boxes.
The yellow one is a repainted Craftsman made by Waterloo. 70"s or 80"s.
The red one is a repainted Huot. Most likely the original color was hammered blue or purple. Early 70's ???

Thanks. On the bottom right side of the red box there is some writing that says Pilot.

I found it at a Flea Market full of tools for $100 years ago. I took the tools I wanted and gave the box to my brother. I have a few craftsman boxes. If I can get it back from him I'll redo it :)
