I'm not certain but it looks like an economy style tool box. If you want to personalize the box, look for a nameplate on ebay.

Looks like a Snap-on road box I had back in 1980. First thing I ever bought off the truck.

Here it is definitely an SO. KRA-531A.

It's a 1970s-1982 snap on KR-531. It is stamped on the back model and year. Look closer.
