Tool box liner

I have been grafting a Snap on drawer that I got as a warranty for free into my wooden bench,

Needs a little fine tuning but seems to work well, slides cost me $75 but otherwise free using what was around.
It will free up a lot of room in my “stack” of boxes that are overflowing.

Looking for an economical liner for a 27” deep drawer, any suggestions?

I would really prefer to stay away from anything with adhesive, finding anything deep enough in one piece online is fruitless unless I buy a piece much longer than I need.
Will keep it under consideration, thanks.

How about getting some individual adhesive backed cork tiles and putting those onto it's own thin sheet of sacrificial material, cut to fit, and install that in there?

I get yoga mats from Goodwill/second hand stores.

In my experience, the liners move toward the rear of the drawer with use unless they are restrained somehow.

I'm thinking of using two-sided carpet tape on the front edge, just behind the drawer front to try to combat this.

I used foam backed carpet remnants in the '70s but have now graduated to yoga mats - both stay put well.

Beware the numerous things on Amazon - I could never get a good type there

I'm thinking of using two-sided carpet tape on the front edge, just behind the drawer front to try to combat this.

I am well aware of liners that do not grip,. I started organizing the drawer tonight so I can "deconstruct" onto the bench and add a liner that will also prevent the tools from slipping.
The metric draw in the stack had a nicely wadded liner in it.
Lots of new room, even found a Plumb socket I didn't know I had.

I agree with Yoga mat from 5 below.
I use black Yoga mats for big drawers and Husky mat from Home depot for small shallow boxes and drawers

I bit the bullet and went with the NuSource roll, more than I wanted to spend but it's only money and the stack needs prettying up too.

I have been pretty happy with the NuSource liner. They do have two levels of tacky available as of last time I ordered.
