No tools on mine except a the 6 piece Wera screwdriver set that comes with a rack. I have some pen and pencil cups, bins for small parts, magnetic rails, rulers, a basket for gloves and hand wipes, and a few other odds and ends. Typing this out, I realize that very little of it is really taking advantage of the pegboard, though I can rearrange things more readily.

I've got pegboard plans and parts, but my idea is to use the sides of parcel shelving (industrial boltless package shelving).

Yeah, I got one of the HD drill/impact holders and one from somewhere else, Menard's I think, they are slightly different in the size of the hooks, kinda opposite of each other, one fit my drill better, the other fit my impact better, both are great, both are cheap.

yup..between HD, menards and maybe lowes I was able to configure them and tweak them how I needed. one had larger 1/4 pegs that fit better. one had the 1/8 that I didn't really care for.

Trying to adapt a similar holder to my work truck service bed right now, except easier gauge steel (making them myself). the thin store bought ones wouldn't hold up bouncing up and down construction sites and off road well pads

Here is mine. I built the hutch for my 72" Husky using Wall Control metal pegboard.

My philosophy is to put the tools I reach for all the time where I can get to them the fastest.

I also have a HF 4' workbench I mainly use for electronics stuff.

I didn't like my pegboard that much. I use magnetic panels in the back of my hutch.

That is an awesome setup.

Thanks! I'm still tweaking it and have a bit of electrical work yet to do. I want to add a couple of built-in power outlets into the sidewalls with both regular and USB outlets.

Once I get it finished I'm going to prime and paint it, haven't decided on a color yet, the wife says to paint it black to match the box.
