Okay I've got a Snap On top and bottom box right now and I love it, only problem is I've out grown it big time, I've got tools all over because I don't have room. Since I'm not directly in the trade, (ex-tech going to university to get an education degree so I can teach automotives in a high school) I can't justify to myself or to my wife buying another Snap On box (as much as I'd love to). My local Napa is having a tool box sale and I was hoping you guys could help me out.

I'm looking at two options, a 75" roller cabinet with 15 drawers or a top and bottom combo 56" with 15 drawers. Both are going to run me roughly $1600. I've never used just a roller cabinet and was looking for some feedback on the pro's and con's.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at these there really tough boxes and might be a better box in the long run than a napa box.

I would go with the roller If it were I looking.

x2. The montezuma boxes are great.

If it was me, Iw ould get a 72" roller. Why? What happens when you max out that 56" combo? Start scabbing side boxes on all over it? No thanks. If you have the 72" roller, you can just add a top box later when you need the room.

how well are montezuma boxes made in comparison to snap on or the crapsmen and are they built in the u.s. I was checking them out on their website and the prices seem pretty good as long as the quality is there

I'll second the Harbor Freight boxes. Just picked up two today. They are sturdier than my older Kennedy box. Roller bearing drawers also.

Another vote for the HF box . I have four of them heavily loaded and I am very happy with them for the price .

Woah! they appear to be extremely well made boxes.

This photo alone, sold me on their quality.

I think it also depends on the space available where your going to store it. My box is 72" x 30" made by Mountain and I've had zero issues with it. You would need 4 HF boxes to equal the footprint of my box, and you still wouldn't have the same storage as my one box... Good luck on you decision:thumbup:
