I was going to build a welding cart, but I like the idea of using a tool box/chest to combine my tools and have something to set my TA 211i on. I am not a professional, and while I appreciate brands like snap on, I just can't afford it right now.
what kind of box/chest would you buy?

my current choices for under $200 CDN:

MASTERCRAFT from CANADIAN TIRE:

or

HUSKY from HOME DEPOT.ca:

all in all, I'm absolutely stunned how expensive tool chests are...:eyecrazy:

can anyone offer any other suggestions?

yes we pay tons for decent tool storage in Canada:)...out of the 2 listed you have, would definitely go for the husky for simple reason the depth of drawers husky is 18.3 while crappy tire one is 13.5 take about 1.5 inches away from each so the canadian tire one be lucky to be 12" deep, while husky probably about 17" or close to it.....5 inches depth on any drawer is huge on a small cabinet it is enormous :)

On your budget , I would be probably be searching for 2nd hand ones. good ones can be had, probably get lot more for your dollar that way.
