Tool box widget problems

Hey guys, for Xmas I was given 5 packs of the screwdriver widgets. I got to put them in yesterday and upon pulling them out of the box, 2 out of the 5 box’s had magnet issues. They magnets were just falling off. When you pay this much money, they should work. Everyone I’ve spoken to said they are some of the most expensive organizers on the market but they are worth it. Not sure if this is worth it. The ones that did work are amazing though.

Who makes them? If you can't return them for replacement, just glue the magnets in the plastic spot they sit.

I would contact the widget people directly at 707-943-4387 9:00am-6:00 PM PST.

I hope they will help you out.

You could make your own repairs but, you shouldn't have to and you're right, they should be perfect right out of the $30 box

Just keep in mind, that even the best companies suffer a QC issue once in awhile.
