Ive got a Masterforce 56in box that I use at work with a Kennedy 520 machinist chest on top. Ive been very pleased with this whole setup, my favorite so far. Own the Homak 41 pro top and bottom, which is at home, fine for that but I didnt like they layout for work. Had a Cman 26 top and bottom that I started with in school, liked it for starting out, now my dad uses it daily. :)

Anyway, Ive been kicking around the idea of selling my 56in bottom for something smaller, for some reason. Ive been on this lean kick, lol. I like the looks of the Kennedy 3900MP, does anyone have experience with these? If I were to downsize I would say a box like the Kennedy is the way to go, problem is I wont get all my tools in that thing I dont think, Ive already pretty well maximized my space currently. I push my box across a 300,000 sq ft plant all day, maybe all I need are bigger casters. Is it really worth downsizing? :willy_nil

I would, but a coworker did that and had nothing but issues with them, flat spots from sitting over weekend, deflating, ect..

I have experience with a similar box: the Kennedy 3407X. I really miss that box. I sold it to get a larger Snap-on box. The Kennedy box was made better than my current Snap-on box. Even though the drawers were smaller, they weighed more than the drawers in the Snap-on box I have now. Heavy gage steel. Kennedy boxes are built better in my opinion.

Well, quality wise I am not disappointed in the Masterforce, id get another, infact, the 36in has a nice layout, but the Kennedy is listed at having more cubes. I dont think it would be a lateral move though, I know the Kennedy is better quality wise. Ive alway had a thing for Kennedys. I look through my box at work and I think, do I need this, and this, and that, and THIS? Sometimes I just want to lean things out a bit.
