Looking for a previous post of a member that I can't remember. They are building rolling tool cabinets to sell to replace a the standard work bench/tool chest combos that all the main manufacturers are building. Cabinet had to 4'x4'x6' tall from what I remember. And the doors hinged from the back of the cabinet so the sides and the front opened up to reveal all your tools. Most things were in the open and hanging not very many drawers or hiding spots.

Yes I did. Had it narrowed down to 3 members it could possibly be and was in the process of searching posts without the correct words to describe what I was looking for. Hence the shout out to the community. Was describing the system to the heavy duties and millrights at work. I see it as more efficient than the tool chest combos they are currently working out of.
