Hello,

Previously i had a HF 5 drawer cart and read people adding a Sunex folding shelf to it. I bought the model number that was said to be used on it and when it arrived, it had a 90 degree lip to hang off the cart. After I bolted it i noticed the cart lid wouldn't close because the lip of the shelf was in the way of the lid. Now I have a SO krsc46 and i see snap on doesn't have a side shelf made for it. I have 2 options- either find a shelf that doesn't have a lip (like ones found on 2 drawer Kobalt carts or on my co-workers blue point) I notice it doesn't have a lip either. Or I see snap on sells the "adapter panel" for My cart which will extend about a quarter inch away from the body of the cart to have any side shelf with a lip to hang off of it.

Yours, I'm guessing:
http://www.kmart.com/sunex-side-wor...p-00901861000P?prdNo=1&blockNo=1&blockType=G1

HF version (no lip, all bolt):

Craftsman version, lip with possible full bolt (looks same as sunex):

Matco tools (similar to HF version. Possibly sturdier, more expensive). Different sizes:

To head off the others, post some pics of where you want it mounted. Should get some more help for you.

The Kobalt side shelves that came with the 2-Drawer blue carts do have a lip on the mounting side. You could always get a shelf that has a lip and trim it off to mount flush. That's what I did with the Kobalt side shelves on my black 4-Drawer HF cart.

The read HF version does not have a lip, and so far has been holding up well on my FIL's 5-Drawer HF cart. For under $20 may be worth trying to see if you like it and if it will hold up for you.

Those are the two I have first hand experience with.
