Tool Cart Identification

Can anyone help me ID this tool cart? Guy tells me its snap on that's been painted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be an old Snap On. But if you are looking at buying it, all that matters is the price is right, its sturdy, and the drawers slide like butter as they should on a snap on.

Is $55 a good price if it works as it should?

Does Snap-on/Blue Point stamp any model numbers into them like they did on their old tool boxes before they started using stickers?

If I needed a cart and that one was in good shape I'd pay $55 for it.

most every tool brand sold the same cart in the 80's and 90's..... it could be a craftsman or snap on, mac, match, corn well etc...

My advise is to take the 55 , add another 50 and buy the HF black 4 drawer cart you will be glad you did.
