Tool Cart setup help needed

Howdy again, Well I have my N2M Blue Point tool cart. In the top section there is a small section on both sides, they are seperated by a devider that has holes in it. What are these pass through holes for? It does have the lockable pry bar option on the left side. I have never used anything new tech (lol) like this. Also, I could not locate the "Lets see your tool cart" thread to get ideas on setup.

myamoto, I think these holes are horizontol through the deviders. I will go look again. brb

I looked, I am sorry guys. I made a mr.beef aka mrs steak, the deviders are in my N2M C'man chest. but samething please. It don't make sence to me, puts me in the mind of baffles in a fuel tank on 4x4's.
