Any good ideas on an inexpensive liner option? I can’t believe what some places are charging for the stuff – Even the cheaper stuff for $5 only does 2 drawers. I figured someone out there has found a good alternative.

Lowes has some good stuff. I'll go find it.

Edit.
Can't find it on the website. When I bought it, it was in the aisle near the pick up truck tool boxes.

I work at a place that makes rubber conveyor belts. With several roll-offs of scrap a week, there is a pretty good selection of various thicknesses and textures to choose from.

Harbor Freight.

Bed Bath and Beyond, Walmart and Home Depot sell it but at a higher SF cost and in 20" wide rolls.

Yoga mats on clearance can be a good deal as is kitchen cabinet/shelving mat on sale.

Rubber stair tread/runners are good but ur tools slide round too much for me.

IF members would search the subject and READ, there has been plenty of info on the subject.

The fellow whose family owns JONCO, was or still does sell a very good product via EBAY.

FYI, The material used in Snap On KRL boxes is NOT available outside the Snap On network of dealers.......(Been there, tried that!!!!)

I also use the drawer liner from wally world . I buy the big rolls which will almost do a full craftsman 14 drawer stack.

Rick

Not good for a lot of items though. Being in Tool & Die I have quite a bit of ground, precision tools. If you are talking about the liner that is rubbery with the small holes, it draws moisture. It has left a lot of marks on my tools that I had laying on it. It's not bad for wrenches and items like that, but just saying for precision tools that are polished and ground, I'd use indoor/outdoor carpet
