My mom had a BFF, really they met in 1934 when they were 9months old and were friends til my mom passed in 99. Well her BFF's husband died last year and left a large shop full of various tools. He was a high school metal shop teacher, as well as numerous hobbies. I finally had a chance to go check out the shop monday. Lots of stuff packed in organized chaos
I picked up 4 vices, a columbian 204 1/2, two wilton 9300s and a harbor freight one
the columbian and the HF ones were attached to a big piece of I beam. One of the wiltons came attached to what I think is a "semi" brake drum
I also picked up 20 or so "C clamp" vice grips and a bucket of hammers
I'm going back in a few weeks to pick up for me, an Enco mill drill and a large workbench with approximately 1/2 in steel top. A buddy is going with to get an Atlas lathe. We will look for more goodies also.
