Tool grip tape

Hey folks, I was washing my house this morning with a soft brush on a 10 foot two-piece aluminum pole. The problem was the soap/water mixture kept running down the pole making it hard to grip. I tried some co-adhesive tape (Rescue Tape), that helped just a little bit. I'm looking for something that will work even when wet. Thanks.

Bicycle handlebar tape would work good for that.

Or the strips for bathtubs would probably work as well

Instead of taping the device, why not wear gloves that are made for wet slippery surface use. Or do both tape and gloves.

wrap it with Anti Skid Safety Tape and wear gloves

Hockey tape would work, but the stuff I have used is mostly cloth... Works in the wet, but can get gross after a while.

Id think some neoprene gloves. Like the blue palm ones would be ok, just rinse them out after getting soapy.

Good Luck finding it if you are like the majority here. Buy some and a week later the strips will turn up.

I looked for the tape and gave up; I ordered some on a roll. You're right it will magically turn up the day I receive the new roll.
