Tool ID help???

It is an all aluminum construction with the exception of the drive gear which is steel. The depth adjuster is attached with a roll pin. It Is marked 620-012-01 PEMCO .
Anybody seen these before?

My Dad had one of those for use with an electric drill, don't know what brand it was, though. Seems like he also had a jig saw attachment for a drill.

Oh wow thanks guys I just checked out that thread. Pretty cool. I'd say that saw is cumbersome at best and would be sketchy to use. Cool tho!
