Here is another tool I found at an estate sale, that I cannot figure out what it's purpose is. It has made in USA, and has red rubber handle covers, and also on the ends, but no makers mark. The knurled screw is removable, and as you can see, it is tapped with another hole to change its range of motion. Made of steel, 11-1/2" long, and opens to 4 inches in the pin position shown. Can anyone tell me what I have here?

Thanks,

Wayne
