Tool ID Please

Does anyone know what this is (or was)? The head is a dead ringer for a S-K 1/2" drive ratchet but what about the handle? Is is genuine S-K or a knock-off?

Yes, Gortons is right. An older S-K torque wrench. I'd keep it for parts.

Pound a screwdriver handle on it, and put it in the custom handled ratchets thread.
