Tool ID request - used in woodworking?

I have had one of these in the garage longer than I can remember....

It may have come from a garage sale with a Wilton Powr Arm Jr.

Were these use to attach pieces of wood so you could bolt them work to a Powr Arm or similar tool for wood shaping? If so, what are they called?

This style Powr Arm came to mind.

Edit: not saying they have a set use. I could picture them holding different types of work.

Look at some pics of carver’s vises.

Could also just adapt from the power arm to a different size to fit a specific vise?

Interesting. I went and found the Powr Arm Jr. and it does bolt in place.

So if you have a Powr Arm, it uses one of the adapters.

If you have a Powr Arm Jr, you need two of them as shown.

The hole spacing on the round part of the adapter is 2.25" with a 1/4" hole size.

It looks like Wilton did sell vise adapter for the larger Powr arm as shown.

I wonder what the mounting hole spacing is on the 2" baby Wilton machinist vise?
