These have sat on a shelf in my basement for years I have no idea what they are but can't bring myself to toss them anyone have any ideas in the second pic it says Delaware USA 5

They have both been repeatedly hit with a hammer either to drive the pin into something or pull with the hooked end but no other signs of wear

they were used to pack the lead into lead okum joints in cast iron pipe

That one is called a ceiling caulking iron.
