Yup small engine connecting rod. Like a dirt bike or similar.

Thanks for the replies. A friend gave it to me yesterday to identify. I'll find a use for it other than it's intended purpose.

Its a wrench for really rounded off nuts. Makes them nice and smooth after your adjustable has done its damage.

So a pin goes through the big end? What keeps the crank together?
Pin is tapered on each end, Center is sized for the connecting rod, tapers go through flywheels and are threaded on the ends for nuts. Flywheels are balanced and trued on a trueing stand for concentricity and parallel orientation. Middle of flywheels have shafts that go through the cases. That’s how Harley-Davidson works, anyway.
