Most of the time he doesn't know. He puruses estate sale and yard sales which he's been doing for nearly fifty years. He got me into it. He mostly buys bikes which he flips and is into antique furniture. This time he said he knew what it was but wouldn't tell me.

If it’s pliers shaped, I think the ratio goes even higher. Picked up one today, will look harder at it tomorrow.
