Got these in a tool box I bought and not sure what the are. Hoping for some insight. Thanks for the help.

They're called packing pullers. I have a few too. I don't know what I'll do with them, but I think they're cool.

Gland packing pullers. Still have a couple if you don’t have a cork screw you can use them pull a cork out of a wine or port bottle (what happens on night shift stay on night shift) could not do it these days

I work at a water treatment plant, and I can confirm. These are used to replace the packing inside pumps. We have a toolbox in our job that is dedicated just to replacing pump packing.
