Can anyone tell me what this tool is used for? One is a 10mm and one is a 9mm. The other has no marking. The sockets are the size of a quarter inch socket. The other end won't fit a 1/4 inch ratchet. It was made in Taiwan. Thanks.

1/4" and 5/16" hex bit holder. There should be a U spring clip inside. The left two pieces are brackets of some sort.

The flat pieces go with u- bolts.
