Tool identification help

Changing toolboxes and came across these few items and need some help identifying them.

I believe the first one is an ignition wrench. There's no maker on it, but has 16T stamped into it. Any ideas on the maker or what 16T means? Measures about 3 3/4".

The second one looks like it's had something broken off the end. Has 408 374 stamped into it. No idea what this was part of. Measures about 4".

The last one I think is just junk. Measures about 2 5/8".

No worries. The last one will go to the trash. The first two will go into a "misc" tin. One of these days I'll figure it out.

The one wrench (the one marked 16T) reminds me of an early 1920's tappet wrench; mind you this is just a guess on my part. Wish I could be of more help in this matter.

Thanks. It's a thin wrench and at the same angle, so you're probably correct. Thanks for the help.
