I got this press from a local shop I will convert it to a normal multipurpose press but I should like to know what it’s use was? The handle is 14,5 inches long and the * cylinder * moves a quart inch. It seams to be used for cyrcular items with a radius of between 2,5 and 14,5 inches perhaps bike wheels ?
Thank you

I'm going to guess that is a saw set, for putting the bend in circular saw blade teeth, to adjust the kerf.

Do every other tooth, flip the blade over and do the other ones.

From back before carbide tipped blades stole the show.
