Tool identification

I found a couple of tools that I haven’t seen before so I’m looking for some help. Anyone have an idea?

The bottom one has a blade so I was assuming it was maybe a scraper or cutter of some type.

But the blue one has me stumped.

Bottom one is a grout cleaner.

Alright. Yea I kind of thought of that but this blade is very sharp. The grout cleaners I have seen have a blunt rectangle end. But yea, It def has the right shape. Thanks.

Anything on the inside of the blue thing?

No marks on the inside. I’ll take more pictures
