Hello I recently sourced a nice Beach cabinet . I also acquired with the cabinet in jammed drawers a couple of pullers and some other bits and bobs . I have a couple I can’t identify.
The second possibly a bearing puller home made ?

The second looks like the guts of a wooden shoe tree from here.
That was exactly my first reaction when I saw the photo.
Looks like this gizmo, but missing parts. Check that unit to see if it's got a patent date on it.
