Tool Identification

Like everyone else who looks around a finds this forum I lurked for a few months before joining. I love it so far and finally found something to post.

I lucked into an incredible deal on a garage full of tools. While digging through the boxes I found this and cant find much info on it and thought someone may be able to help. Anyone have any info on this?

I have that same ratchet, but you scored on the rest of the set! Too bad the original box is gone. I know they have some info on it on Alloy Artifacts.

No problem Johnny, Leve kinda suggested the same thing, but I didn't notice it until just now, click on his pic above and the Lane stuff is about 2/3 down the page!
