First up is pliers which I found on the road. I've looked before but I've never been able figure out make/model. When I first got them I thought I can faintly see Mac on the rivet but now there aren't any visible markings.

the second is what I've been told is used to tighten clamps used to hold hose fittings in hoses. I haven't been able to find any information and I can't figure out how it is supposed to work. A hose fitting and clamp is shown as reference.

that is a crappy version, and missing the ratcheting handle. the REAL deal is much stouter than that tin.

the handle goes through either of the holes and draws the band towards the center. then the punch is folded down with point centered on the part of clamp that band passes through, and point is struck with hammer, indenting the clamp and preventing it from moving.

remove clamp with air cutoff tool.

(btw, the center punches are on upside down...)
