Tool organizers (i.e. Packout, Flexstack, Toughsystem 2) compatibility?

While I was in Harbor Freight getting the new longnose pliers, I noticed that the Bauer modular system looks identical to my Kobalt Casestack stuff. I was in a hurry and couldn't take any measurements. Has anyone found any cross compatibilities amongst competing brands?

Unless they're merely rebranded, the different makes seem to be deliberately non-compatible.

Even some of the SBD stuff is so close to lining up with each other but doesn't, no idea why.

In the UK, we get 3 different systems from SBD, none of them compatible, and a range of organisers that almost nearly just about line up wit tstak but don't...

DeWalt Tstak is the same as Craftsman Versastack. The C-man Tradestack line has an adapter plate that allows you to use the Versastack/Tstak pieces on top of them.
