Tool question.

My mom was trying to explain a tool she saw on tv, she said it looked like a ratchet that turns twice as fast than normal. It comes with universal sockets (fits 6, 12, splice etc). But thats all I Can make out. I then asked if it was made by craftsmen, she said no. So I know it isnt the craftsman universal set.

Help please.
