Knocked this out this afternoon.
Made from some scrap 1"X1-3/4" perforated angle.
Nice simple project.

It could be used for pliers or screwdrivers but this one will be for paint brushes by one of our daughters.

Very cool Royce. Obviously needing a industrial grade holder means she’s gotta be a chip off the ole block. And being your daughter she must paint murals on the sides of ....

Skyscrapers. ;)

This is cool! I have been using angle iron to make toolbox socket organizers for my 1/2 deep impacts and spark plug sockets. No where as pretty or no where as good of welds but I made three. 2 17 inch long ones and 1 that is I think 7 inchs or 8 long for spark plug sockets to roll on. I get really bored at work so I make stuff that helps me both at home and work.
This idea you have I like it alot I can see if being handy for screw drivers on a toolbench or even allen keys!

Thanks LXC,
She's a bit more subdued than I and has a better eye, as well.
Here's a small sample of her work, she really has a knack of capturing expression.

Thanks Matt,
It was brought to my attention by the project manager/ QC/ bride, that there was a serious design flaw, in that when picking the rack up, that the brushes fall out the bottom.
Once again, she was right.
Makes me wonder if she will ever run out of rights?
Anyhow, scabbed a chunk of plywood on it, to cure the issue.

So then, got a thoughtful, appreciative call from our daughter thanking me for the brush holder and that she had something for me.
Then jokingly said, now she needs something for all her paint.
I sent her a pic of a roll away box and asked if it would work for her?
She said it would be perfect for her needs.
I let her know that it was the first roll away I owned, since I was 16 and would be proud for her to have it.
Anyhow, got it delivered today and had a lovely visit.

And here is the something she had for me.
The motto suits me just fine.
