I got one of their boxes, Taiwan made. Pretty ******, the bottom part of the cabinet weighs less than my small dog, top box is literally the worse I have ever used, drawers just pop out and are metal on metal. I got it a couple months ago with a bunch of tools and some cds/dvds for $15 I am happy with it for the price, I just use it in my basement for spray paint storage since it saved me the effort of building something for them. Is it tool rite or test rite? Absolutely nothing found about the tool rite but it sounds the right age to be test rite, plus there is not much about them either.
