Tool Storage Brand

I was looking at CLs today and saw a tool box with the brand name tool storage and what looked like a hf item number above it. Did hf used to make this brand or is it some Kmart/Walmart brand?

Is that box worth 65 bucks? I really just need to get all my tools out of the 3 drawer box I have now.

I'd say closer to $40, but $65 isn't terrible. I'm almost positive those are 80's vintage.
The tag on e left would have said craftsman and the one on the right said "home tool storage".

I have different chest and roller that say home tool storage. My roller is the typical 26" 5 drawer setup and the chest is a 6 drawer smaller than the one in that ad. They are built much better than the recent craftsman homeowner stuff, I thought my roller was as heavy and well built as the Quiet Glide series, just without the plastic inserts in the slides to make them smoother and quieter. I'd pay $65 if I needed that and the seller wouldn't budge.
