anybody know of any good tool stores around phoenix/tempe az, i know theres a harbor freight, but im looking for some others, theres a grainger, but i dont know if its a retail store or not?

I've walked into my local Granger store and bought from them directly. Someone said you needed a business account with them but I went anyways. They let me buy anything I wanted. The next time I went in there they set up a fake business account for me, the guy said it was "easier" that way.

I ocassionally buy from Grainger.The company I work for has an account with them and I can go in and buy personal stuff as long as I pay cash.The best part is I get preferential pricing on most stuff.About 10-15% off.The are a Bussiness to bussiness seller but most locations will stretch the rules a bit to get your bussiness.

Been a long time since I've been in Phoenix, used to be stationed at the bone yard at Litchfield Park.

Try Mcadden Dale, south 40th street. The best hardware store I've ever seen.
