wow to each his own. I have a spark plug on my arm but would never put a name brand on it. Also I dont like to knock other peoples tattoo work but the lines on that wrench look pretty wavy and not very consistant.

I know it's kinda sorta off-topic, but do any of you have a tool tattoo you'd like to share? Here's one I did on my buddy several years ago:

I also know someone with a Sawzall tattoo. I'll try to get a pic.
Anyone else?

I'm not going to close this thread, but I've clipped out the odd anti-tattoo-and-government-handout rant and subsequent replies. I'm inclined to think Major Ramifications was joking with his connection between public subsidies and tattoos.

I mean he had to be, right?

But he was playing it straight enough so that it qualified as the kind of stuff that doesn't belong on this board.

I won't close the thread. Yet. But let's keep it on topic.

Not particularly into the ink thing myself so I guess that makes me biased against tattoos but I have to say there are some really awful ones out there and they can't all be prison or gang tattoos.

not so much tools, but car related

this is my bro's back piece. he got valve train, turbos, rat-finkish rabbit, crankshaft, 4 rods/pistons w/ weird faces, sparkplugs, german writing and other stuff...

as for me i have no ink. if i ever got it, i wanted dantes inferno and paradise full sleeved on both arms. tell the story from the gates of hell to regaining Beatrice in heaven. yet i shied off from ink for job reasons.

wrench wench! lol! i dont think i would go with that tat but maybe a tool worked into something like the pin up vise grip is sweet. i do have vintage ski-doo snowmobile tat on my sholder, doesnt have the brand name in it though. i think if i would have done an x with a couple wrenches and maybe a spark plug in the center and the wrenches say made in usa. to each his own though and i think u did a good jop at it. my wife has some tats and i love a brunett with tats, aint nothing sexier, although i dont care for sculls on a woman but i guess it would depend on how it was done though. anyways enough babling, heres my 1 and only with plans for more

I've got a couple that woud be considered "tools" I guess...

My "Anvil" for my Mom, it is marked like a traditional English anvil with the "English Hundredweight System". In this case, I used the day she passed away, 12-2-12, which would make it an anvil weighing 1,412 lbs, That's one big anvil!

My "Forklift" for my uncle. He was a "mule mechanic" at American Axle Manufacturing for over 20 years. He was killed riding his Harley home from work on a Saturday afternoon when someone turned left on "red" in front of him.

Thought I'd share...

Take Care!!!
