New guy here...

I just bought a Cornwell 36" top and bottom box combo (single bank).. I've searched all over the internet for this box, and can not find it, must be discontinued..

Anyway, I'm wanting to buy a cover for it..does anyone know where I might even begin to find one?

Also, if anyone happens to have an older cornwell catalog that has the 36" series boxes in it, is there any chance you could scan that page so I can find the add-ons?

Thanks in advance.

My Snap on krl1003 came with a cover. I gave it to a friend with the same box. I use my tools every day working on my car after work, and sometimes during busy season, only on weekends. I tried the cover for a few days, its just a pain in the a**. If you use your tool box, and the tools in it, its not worth bothering with, IMO.

I have a snap-on cover that I bought off of E-Bay for $30. It fits my 56" Clarke HD box and side locker like it was made for it. I cover my box each time I am finished working. I love having the cover. It keeps dust out of the box.

My KRA combo came with a cover.I have not used it since I bolted the locker on though.
As far as the cover for your Cornwell, you should be able to find a snap-on box that is close to the same size and order the cover for it.

well, the only reason I want the cover is to cover up some unattractive scratches that are on the side... I'd keep the front opened up.

That's a good point, and I'm glad you brought that up... when (not if) I do add on, the cover will more than likely be useless to me..

so maybe I should just get a locker and do my cover up that way? How do those usually mount?

Are you sure it's 36 inches wide? My 2002 catalog shows a 27 inch single bank setup catalog number CTB2710 and CTB2700 series but, no 36 inch wide set. They didn't sell add ons like a locker or side drawer unit until you went to the 42, 60, or 80 inch wide units. Those were all discontinued around 2003 and they have a new line out now.

I know for a fact it's not a 26", and it's not wide enough to be the 42"....
